Ingredients
2 Cups Egg Nog
1 Cup heavy Whipping Cream
1 Whole Milk
1/2 oz Vanilla extract
1/4 Cup Caramel Ice Cream Topping
1 Pie Crust
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp Pumkin Pie Spice
Add the Egg Nog, Cream, vanilla and milk into a bowl mix and run through your ice cream machine.
Prep the Pie crust by adding a thin layer of caramel topping and freeze. This layer will help the crust stay together as well as providing a nice caramel flavor profile.
When ice cream is ready, fill the pie crust and place a design on top. Then add the sugar/cinnamon and spice blend together and sprinkle on top.
Freeze again and wow the family at your holiday dinner. The pie should stand for about 5 minutes before serving to tempure the ice cream
